1. burn or mount, install with AUTOPLAY (important).
2. after installation choose ACTIVATE OVER INTERNET
3. after activation, CLOSE Office
4. start office
5. check the Help/About Tab for Activation status

if you are like me who has autoplay/autorun disabled, just execute RUN.BAT to begin the installation
